At Just Myself , each order is made especially for you. We take great care to ensure your item is produced and delivered in perfect condition.

Please review our refund policy below:

Order Issues & Damaged Items

We only offer replacements or refunds for items that are defective, damaged, or printed incorrectly due to a production error.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us  within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once your claim is approved, we’ll process a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Change of Mind / Customer Errors

Since each item is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • Incorrect size, color, or design chosen by the customer
  • Typographical errors or misspellings provided by the customer
  • Orders placed by mistake

Sale & Personalized Items

All sale items and personalized/customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or printing error.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is sent for production, it cannot be canceled or modified, as it is custom-made.
